Thinking about extreme sea level rise in Wellington and more extreme weather events occurring I started to think about the potential of having under ground bunker type arcologies that would blend into the environment. It was a far fetched idea but interesting to explore. Having a fabric of solar panels on the exterior help adjust interior climate and gather electricity for the inhabitants.
