Technology is always a way to get people excited about the future. Although I intend people in this world to actively use AR glasses to see information I don't believe they will always be practical for people.
What if they are showering or swimming, what if they are lost?
This is a speculative idea below that someone has produced regarding EInk below the skin. It is trying to pretend it is real which provokes negative response from some of the audience but the idea is interesting.
Why can't people see information they need on the arms. And why can't the controller for the EInk also monitor and diagnose you for sickness. This would reduce stress on the health system and improve the piece of mind and health of the population.
So I decided to create my own...

The E Ink Implanter to place the E ink into the arm.
An idea of the potential UI. The chip to the right will connect to nerves to monitor the body and also pull any metrics from sensor points on the clothes.
